Thousands turned out for the fifth annual Culpeper Rodeo on last Saturday at the Culpeper Agricultural Enterprise, watching bull riders cling on for dear life until a torrential rainstorm cut the main event short.
Cody Gilbert, a bull rider from Locust Dale, took the win with a score of 83 out of a possible 100 points.
