‘I’m so tired of yelling at the TV when DOGE … is cutting federal employees. Where’s the Democratic congressional and senate leaders?’
At a town hall in Rappahannock County Thursday night, U.S. Rep. Suhas Subramanyam, D-Va., warned constituents across his 10th district to “prepare for the worst” as the Trump administration continues to look toward cutting social programs.
More than 100 people attended the nearly two-hour town hall in the gymnasium at Rappahannock County Elementary School, and 24 constituents — most from Rappahannock, but some from other parts of the district that includes Loudoun, Fauquier and parts of Prince William and Fairfax counties— addressed Subramanyam at the microphone.
