Grants provide unrestricted general operating support for 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations to be used as needed to meet their missions. The goal of Flexible Funding is to prioritize those most in need, as PATH strives to make the community a great place to live, work, play and grow, according to a news release from the Warrenton-based foundation.
All grantees have mission statements or ongoing programs that intersect with the PATH Foundation’s four priority areas: access to health, childhood wellness, mental health and senior services.
“Flexible Funding is a great opportunity for organizations to get unrestricted support as they work towards their mission,” said PATH’s President and CEO Christy Connolly. “With this cycle of grantmaking, we aim to prioritize organizations helping those most in need, as we continue to work together to strengthen our community’s health and vitality.”
